Custom web applications
Most applications we build replace something: a spreadsheet that grew over years, an inbox where orders get lost, or a standard system around which a dozen workarounds have long since formed. So the first step is never programming, but listening.
What follows is an application that does only what is needed - but does it properly: understandable for the people who work with it every day, robust under load, and open enough to still be extendable in five years.
