Privacy

In brief

This website sets no cookies for advertising or analytics, embeds no
third-party services and does not measure user behaviour. There is no cookie
banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts and images are hosted on
our own server; loading the page sends no request to Google, to a content
delivery network or to anyone else.

Server logs

When the page is accessed, our server processes technically necessary data:
IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referring
address, browser and operating system identifier. The legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted
operation. The logs are deleted after seven days at the latest and are not
combined with other data.

The site is hosted by OVH SAS in a data centre in Germany. A data processing
agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Contact form

What you enter in the form is sent to us as an email. It is not stored in a
database. We process your name and email address and, voluntarily, your
company, phone number, topic and message.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract,
otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We keep the resulting email for as long as
needed to handle your enquiry and delete it afterwards — after three years at
the latest, unless statutory retention periods apply.

To fend off automated submissions, we limit the number of submissions per IP
address. A counter is kept for at most one hour for this purpose; the IP
address is not stored permanently.

Session

We set a single, technically necessary cookie. It contains a random identifier
and serves exclusively to protect the contact form against cross-site request
forgery (CSRF). It contains no personal data, is not analysed and expires at
the end of the session. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

No third-party services

No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no advertising networks, no social media
buttons, no embedded videos, no Google Fonts, no CDN. Fonts and photos are
served from our own server.

Products linked on this site have their own addresses and their own privacy
policies. A connection to them is only made once you click such a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure
(Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and
to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A message to
team@tmsystems.eu is sufficient.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the
Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Changes

If anything material changes on this site, this text changes too. It is
versioned together with the site; the version in force is the one you are
reading here.
