Service 04 · Integration
Most problems in operations aren’t programming problems but handover problems. That’s exactly where we work.
What it’s about
An interface is quickly written. It only gets hard on the second day: when the target system doesn’t respond, when a record arrives twice, when a field is suddenly empty. A usable integration is one that knows these cases in advance.
We build handovers that are repeatable, that make an error visible instead of swallowing it, and that can be run again without fear. That includes a log in which even a non-technical person can see what happened when.

Scope
Which systems exist, which one leads for which piece of data, where duplicates arise today.
Repeatable without double booking, restarting after an outage, with a queue that loses nothing.
A plain-language log and a message to a human when something is stuck. Silent errors are the most expensive.
When your data should be available to others: documented, versioned, secured.
Migration from legacy systems including reconciliation, clean-up and a number that proves nothing is missing.
